To get the Surprise Trap Box, you would have needed to have logged in during the Ocean Egg update. Unfortunately, since the event has passed, the Surprise Trap Box is no longer available to obtain.
The Surprise Trap Box was a great way to get a free ocean pet, and many players were able to obtain one during the event. If you were not able to get one, don’t worry, there are other ways to get ocean pets in Adopt Me!. You can trade with other players, buy them from the in-game store, or hatch them from ocean eggs.
