Everdell is a worker placement game for 1-4 players aged 10 and up. Players take on the role of forest creatures, each with their own unique abilities, and compete to build the most magnificent city in the forest.
The game is played over a series of rounds, each of which is divided into three phases: the worker placement phase, the action phase, and the cleanup phase. During the worker placement phase, players take turns placing their workers on different locations on the game board. Each location offers a different action, such as gathering resources, constructing buildings, or training new workers.
